Towards a more resilient Philippines

philippines' state has been on its worst ever since the pandemic stroke. it's like we're amidst the unceasing darkness and never have the chance to move towards the light. when lockdown was implemented, millions of filipinos had nothing to rely on daily source of income. it was everyone's worst nightmare and destructive downfall. however, darkness always has its own end, sun will always rise and new hope will come. this pandemic will come to an end and all will be free from this misery. hopes and dreams of million filipinos will be safeguarded and philippines will move towards a more resilient country.

the government had implemented enhance community quarantine so that our country, the philippines can be more resilient in this kind if situation. it is indeed that quarantine is distressing because of its effect and how it diverge people. our economy also had to shut down to prevent the virus to spread. different policies and safety precautions had been thought to people to avoid infection from the virus. all we have to do is to be united, we have to have the unity towards a more resilient country. this country had been colonized and had to start rebuilding its economy from terrorism and colonization. also, philippines had suffered from dictatorship and intensive calamities, filipinos had been trough a lot and we are still fighting and striving for what is right and for what is good for this country. therefore, we, filipinos must be aware and be more educated in different aspects especially in the political aspect. elect a true leader that is concern on its people and its country's progress.

resiliency is a trait of the filipino people. philippines went trough dark years and able to restart and rebuild a new country. therefore, unity of the filipino people is the most needed towards a more resilient philippines

  1. Hi Aira!! I really like the structure and content of this blog. The message is clear and on point, there are also no mistakes in its grammar. Although the Philippines has a bad government and corrupt officials, its citizens are the complete opposite of it. They are like a bamboo tree, no matter how strong the wind is, they will still stand up again despite the damage they have taken. It is a unique trait that we, the Filipinos must be proud of.

  2. I like how you described the resiliency of the people despite the wrong doings of those who handle us, and I must agree that the key to real change is unity. We've been suffering a lot through the years and let's all hope for the better.
